The two books I illustrated this past spring are up on Amazon.com. The first is Flour Girl, a companion book to The Ring Bear, which came out a few years back.

The other is Ned Loses His Head, the first of a series of Ned books. Both were written by David Michael Slater. You can learn more about David and see all the books he’s written on his website.

The show came down last week, and we were able to get a few more shots of everyone before it was all over.

It’s been great getting to know Matt Sesow these past few years. We’ve been in several shows together, and we always have a good time. He’s one of the few DC artists who’s successful showing and selling his work outside the DC area, which is important if you plan on doing this for a living. He and Dana Ellyn also just finished another round of 31 Days in July. Congrats!

I was interviewed today about “Royally Ducked” and the other work I have in Art in Heat. I’ll get the video online as soon as I can.

I haven’t included video content on my site previously, but here’s one to get the ball rolling. It’s an interview with Robert Williams, an artist and the founder of Juxtapoz magazine. It’s been around a while but worth watching if you’re interested in lowbrow and pop surrealist art.
